Zserbó is a unique bakery business located in Massachusetts. Its name is derived from Hungary’s most famous dessert. Zserbó is a layered apricot walnut pastry glazed with chocolate.

OWNER & BAKER
Anita, the Owner/Baker, grew up in Hungary and started baking with her mother at a very young age. She went on to master many traditional family recipes passed down to her, zserbó being one of them.
Living in London, England for school and for work, and spending a lot of time in the Caribbean Islands, Anita has introduced several international recipes to her menu.
Zserbó’s freshly made pastries are infused with the delectable flavors of Hungary and the Caribbean.
